Compliance with our Design Process
By selecting our services at Stacy Drew Interior Design you are agreeing to comply with our virtual design process. This process entails providing us with necessary information about your lifestyle and space, which will enable us to design your space to the best of our abilities. We kindly request that you reply to our information requests in a timely manner to ensure a smooth design experience.

 

Important Notice Regarding Design Delays
Our services and pricing may evolve over time. Therefore, all of our services have an expiration period of three months after booking. After this period, the pricing and availability of our services may change.


With that in mind, we would like to inform you of our policy regarding design delays and appointment rescheduling. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, making it challenging to meet initial deadlines or attend scheduled meetings. However, after a period of three months following booking, if you have been unable to finalize the design or reschedule your appointment, we regret to inform you that your booking will be completed as is and any refunds forfeited.


As professional designers, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized designs to our clients. In order to maintain efficiency and ensure timely completion of projects, it is essential that we adhere to this policy. We kindly request your understanding in this matter. Should you find yourself facing unexpected delays or difficulties that may prevent you from finalizing the design or attending your appointment within the given timeframe, we encourage you to reach out to us immediately. We will be happy to assist you and explore potential solutions.

Before and After Images

When you book our services, you acknowledge and agree that we may use a before image of your space alongside the after images for marketing purposes. This allows us to showcase the transformation achieved through our services and demonstrate the quality of our work to potential clients.
