Which Interior Design Service should I choose?
If you are looking for a complete room makeover, our Concept Design Service would be the best fit. This service is designed to provide you with a highly customized design plan. It includes photo realistic 3D room renderings, detailed space planning with all measurements mapped out and a comprehensive sourcing guide so that you may implement the design at your own pace, within your own budget and using retailers and suppliers you are most comfortable with.
If you’d simply like professional advice on your space without visuals, drawings, or plans, a 1 Hr consultation would be the perfect option. This is a one hour organic conversation (via Google Meets) without deliverables. However, you are welcome to take a screenshot of anything suggested or drawn out during your meeting. This can include design, space planning or remodelling questions as well.

If your space is an outdoor space such as a poolside, deck or patio and includes hardscape finishes such as pavers, decking, etc. then our Yardscape service will fit you best. If your space is an outdoor space but is smaller and does not include landscape, hardscape, groundwork or require material finish selections, then the Concept Design service may be sufficient. Please note, while a visual representation of landscaping is included in your renderings, we do not advise on specific plants or trees of any kind.
If you are simply looking for guidance on layout, placement or recommended furniture and sizing, our Space Planning service is ideal.
Do I get revisions if I don’t like what's proposed?
The short answer is YES!
At Stacy Drew Interior Design, we strive to deliver planning and design that aligns perfectly with your needs and style. However, we understand that sometimes revisions are necessary to ensure complete satisfaction. This is where the post-design review call comes in. Once you've received your design, take some time to review it and note any questions or revisions you may have. During our review call, we'll then help answer any questions and will make your requested revisions live. We utilize advanced 3D rendering software, allowing us to swiftly make changes to the room design in real-time. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation of our unique method handling revisions. Our clients have found it personable and fun engaging in a live edit of their design. This approach also guarantees that the end result meets or surpasses your expectations. Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you require further revisions, or just need to see more options (we get it, design is visual and sometimes you just need to see it in a rendering!) these can be added at a cost of $250 per revision.
Is my open concept space one room?
In order to best serve our clients, we have established a policy that caps each service at 400 sq' for interior spaces and 800 sq' for outdoor spaces, with the option to add additional square footage at the cost of $4/per additional square foot.
We understand that identifying whether your space falls under the category of one room or multiple rooms can sometimes be challenging. If you are unsure if your open concept space should be considered as one room or multiple rooms, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Do you design new builds/construction?
Yes! This is the great thing about 3D renderings- you are able to fully visualize a space before it is built. For space planning services, we can look at and revise a new construction plan that your builder or architect has drawn, while a Concept Design can help you choose the right materials and finishes, as well as plan out the best furniture for your space. If you are considering builder upgrades such as built ins, fireplace walls, upgraded architectural features, etc. then our Remodelling + Renovation service is the perfect fit to help you plan and convey your idea's to your builder, architect or contractor.
Do you service clients outside of Canada and the US?
Yes, we have serviced many international clients. By providing you with the tools you need to implement the design on your own, including sourcing your own products to replicate the design yourself, this allows our service to be used in any home, anywhere in the world, on any budget.
What if I don’t see a service I’m looking for?
We understand that each client is unique, and their requirements may vary. However, as of now, we remain focused on delivering the services outlined on our website. The detailed descriptions of our services accurately reflect what we currently offer. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause if your needs extend beyond what is mentioned. Nonetheless, we continuously review and update our service offerings based on feedback from our valued clients. In the meantime, we encourage you to explore the services we do provide and make the most of the expertise and creativity our team has to offer. Do you offer Exterior Design Services?
We do not offer exterior refinishing services at this time, outside of Yardscape designs.

What about Cancellations and Refunds?
We understand that circumstances may arise which require the cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Therefore, we have implemented a Cancellation and Refund Policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all parties involved.
Cancellation Notification: If you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly request that you notify us within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time. It is essential that we receive timely notification to allow us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment slot to other clients. Failure to provide cancellation notice within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of any refund.
Rescheduling: Emergencies and unexpected events happen, and we are here to support you. If you find yourself in a situation where you need to reschedule an appointment, we are committed to working with you to find a new suitable date and time. Simply communicate your circumstances with us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Refunds for a Design Service: once work has begun on your space, we regret to inform you that refunds will no longer be available. The reason for this policy is that our designers invest significant time and effort in creating a personalized plan specifically tailored to your space. Therefore, after booking, our designers may already be working diligently to ensure a timely and satisfactory outcome.
Refunds for a Design Consultation Service: If you request a refund before your scheduled consultation date, we will gladly process it for you. However, please note that a service fee of 3% will be deducted from your payment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but this service fee is necessary due to the processing fees imposed by our payment platform.
Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to maintain fairness for our designers and ensure efficient service for all our valued clients.
